VASSALLO – Wray W., Sr., 82, on November 11, 2015. Lifelong resident of Massapequa Park and Seaford. Proud U.S. Korean War Veteran and a 63 year member of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry – Plumbers Local Union No. 200. His contributions were significant in the building and development of Nassau County. Beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of Laurie, and the late Wray, Jr. Cherished grandfather of Christian and Cyle. He will always be remembered as a very strong and loving man who was always there for his family and friends. Reposing today, Friday, 2-5 & 7-9 PM at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford (2 Traffic Lts. East of Rte. 135). Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:15 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Massapequa Park. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
