Thomas J. Dolan

DOLAN - Thomas J., of Seaford, and originally of St. Teresa of Avila Parish of Brooklyn, went home to the Lord on Sunday, April 2, 2017. He was surrounded by his loving wife, Maureen A., his beloved children, Thomas W., Michael J. (Anne), Maureen, Brian J. (Lisa) and his nephew, William. Cherished Grandpa, Pop Pop, and Ampa to Catherine, Thomas, Gerard, Olivia, Benjamin, Christopher, Erin, Jack, and Grace. Adored brother of Kathleen Burns (James), and the late Margaret. Loving brother-in-law of Edward and Cheryl Donnelly, and Marie Donnelly. Proud Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Tom worked for 54 years in the Wall Street area where he was known as “The Legend”. He was a great mentor to all of his nieces and nephews and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Reposing Monday and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford ( 2 Traffic Lts. East of Rte. 135). Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 9:45 am at Maria Regina RC Church.
