Member Knights of Columbus Memorare Council and the Massapequa Elks. Beloved husband of Joan. Devoted father of Timothy Cavanagh, Cathleen Cavanagh, Maureen Savino and Molly Vitale. Dear brother of Ann Walsh. Cherished grandfather of John Paul, Nicole, Julia, Michael and Rachel. Also survived by his loving nieces and nephews. Reposing Tuesday and Wednesday
2 - 4 & 7 - 9 at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford (2 traffic lts. East of Route 135). Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 10 AM at St. William the Abbot RC Church. Interment Calverton National Cemetery
