Bartlett of Seaford, NY on December 9, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.  Beloved husband of Dotti (nee Baylis) for over 37 years.  Loving father of Chuck (Ashlie) Stevens-Marrone.  Dear brother of Kevin & Jeanne (Dennis) Fabis and brother in law to Margaret, Vanessa (the late Kenny) and Mary.  Cherished Poppa to Luke, Joseph, Jack, Molly, John and Aubrey.  Proud uncle of Christopher, Daniel, Shawn and the late Patrick,  Retired Navy Captain after 31 years.  Retired NCPD Detective after 28 years.  Former Manager of the NCPD Pipes & Drums Band.  Reposing Monday, December 12 ^th 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home. 3863 Merrick Rd. Seaford. (2 Lts east of RT 135)  Mass of Christian burial Tuesday 9:30 AM at St. William the Abbot RC Church, Seaford.
