Everyone’s Nanny! What a life she lived! What a family she built!

Beloved wife of the late John and truly amazing mother to Kathy (Captain), Peggy (the late Jimmy), Jeanne, Mary (Gerry), the late Bernie, the late Beth (Jason), Joe (Nancy) and Joanie (Michael).

Loving grandmother of Jaclyn (Chris), Michelle, Bryan, Kelly (Joe), Gerry (Lisa), John, Lauren, Patrick (Shauna), Liz (Mike), Joe, Joanie (Chris), Keith (Caitlyn), Michael (Jackie), Gemma, Jeanne, Jack (Danielle) and Danny.

Great grandmother of Madison, Gerry, Johnny, Lucie, Elodie, Ethan, Shane, Lianna, Charlie, Michael, Mary, Molly, Joey and Juliet.

Joan is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews.  

She will be deeply missed and never forgotton.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11th 4-8 PM

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 12th, 2026 9:30 AM

St. William the Abbot RC Church, Seaford, New York

Interment to follow Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY
