Grace Elizabeth Dierberger on December 31, 2020, a resident of Wantagh, New York.   Beloved wife of the late Charles.  Loving Mom of Dawn Davis (Paul), Carol Augustin (Anton) and the late Daniel.  Cherished grandma of Nicholas, Laura, Justin, Michael & Jessica.  Grace will be deeply missed by her many loving family members and friends.  Reposing Tuesday, 1/5, 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford, NY 11783.  Disposition will be private.
