Gertrude M. Bourne

Gertrude M. Bourne, on July 30, 2020, of Seaford (formerly of Shelter Island). Beloved wife of the late Keith.  Loving mother of Roland Reeves (Maureen), Sherri Cavasino, James (the late Barbara) and the late Gary. Cherished grandmother of Robin, Vicky, James, Norman, Jared, Sean, Nicholas & Thomas and adored great grandmother of 19. Gertrude held Shelter Island very close to her heart. In 1922 Gertrude was born on Shelter Island.  In the following years she held the position as a telephone operator on Shelter Island and she will now be laid to rest Thursday, August 6, 2020 on Shelter Island. Graveside service to be held 1pm at Shelter Island Cemetery.
