Francesco "Frank" Etrasco, age 91, of Ancram, NY passed away January 3, 2013 at Columbia Memorial Hospital. He was born October 10, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Guiseppe and Marietta Etrasco. He was predeceased by his eight siblings, brothers Sebastiano (Tom), Gaetano (Tony), and Guiseppe (Joseph) and sisters Luiga (Jean), Marianna (Mary), Lucia (Lucy), Guiseppina, and Francesca (Frances). > > Frank worked in and around NYC as a mattress spring maker, and a presser for the garment industry; he moved upstate upon retirement. Frank enjoyed baseball, especially the NY Mets, playing cards, and fishing. > > He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Catherine, a daughter, Marie Costa, a son Joseph (Chantal) Etrasco, four grandchildren, Maria (Matthew) Gerber, Tina (Anthony) Germano, Frank Etrasco, and Danielle Etrasco, and six great-grandchildren, Anthony, Gianna, Alana, Rachael, Shaya, and Sarah.
