Eleanor Cappadora, of Hicksville, passed peacefully on November 23, 2022. Real Estate broker until her retirement at age 98 and competitive ballroom dancer until the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late John Joseph. Loving mother of Terry Stephenson (Glenn) and Joan Rotell. Dear sister of Edith Agricola. Cherished grandmother of Lauren Stephenson (Dan Rocklein), Roseanne Staab (Rob Valentino) and Miriam Witzke. Adored great grandmother of Alex Arahovitis, Zack Valentino, Ella Rocklein, Kimberly Cameron, Gracie Bertino and Noah Purcell. Reposing Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford (2 Traffic Lts. East of Rte. 135). Funeral Service Monday 10 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church, East Meadow. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
