SHERIDAN – Dennis J., on December 11, 2014 of Highland Beach, FLA. (Formerly of Glen Head, N.Y.) Retired longtime funeral director on Long Island. Beloved husband of Barbara. Devoted father of Dennis (Marylou), Timothy, Maureen Lohr (Bill), and Patrick (Robin). Also survived by 12 loving grandchildren. Reposing Wednesday 6-9 pm at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford, (2 Traffic Lts. East of Rte. 135). Funeral service Thursday 10 am at the funeral home. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery.
