McMAHON – Claire, on May 8, 2023, of Seaford. Beloved and beautiful wife of Joseph. Loving daughter of the late Louise and Robert Schaedler. Dear sister of Geraldine Schaedler. Teacher in Catholic and Public schools for 42 years. Reposing Thursday 3-7 pm at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford (2 Traffic Lts. East of Rte. 135). Mass of Christian burial Friday 9:30 AM at St. William the Abbot RC Church, Seaford. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Sisters of Presentation, 64 Presentation Way, New Windsor, NY 12553.
