Barbara Stachnik 2/4/1953 – 9/15/2023

Barbara lost her fight with illness.  She left this world peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, whose presence brought joy and laughter to those she met.  She dedicated herself to family, friends and community.

Barbara is survived by her husband Richard, her children Christine, Richard, James, beloved granddaughters Riley and Elise, daughter in-law Lisa, siblings Daniel, Joanne, and Kathy and predeceased by her parents Daniel and Ruth and brothers Richard and Michael.  She is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and many long-time friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Barbara was a supporter of St. Jude Children's Hospital

A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held on Wednesday 9/20 at Charles Schmitt Funeral home.  Please join us in remembering and celebrating the life of Barbara.
