Barbara W. Honce

BARBARA W. HONCE 7/19/1941-3/7/2026

Barbara W. Honce (84) passed away peacefully on Saturday, 3/7/26, at her home with her

”CP family” by her side.

Born in Queens, NY, Barbara lived in Massapequa with her mother & father until she was in

 her 20’s. She found her forever home @ 350 Washington in Roosevelt NY where she resided for

 many years.

She enjoyed sailing on the bay with her father in their boat when she was a young child. She

 enjoyed watching the Yankees and was an Elvis fan, too. She couldn’t wait for summer camps

 to start every year. She also enjoyed casino trips, and crafting, and was always ready for an

 adventure. She loved animals.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Honce and Henry Honce, and her longtime

 partner, Tommy Stallone.

She is survived by many loving cousins, including Maryann & Henry Doherty, Jackie Maucher, dear friends

 Stefanie & Jim Darcy, and all her “family” at 350 Washington.

The family would like to express our sincere thanks for the wonderful care and love given to

 Barbara by the staff @ 350 Washington, and the CP CENTER, especially 

Charkara, Holly, & Ashley .
