Anita Louise Beam

BEAM – Anita L., on August 17, 2024, of Oakdale. Educator in the Massapequa School District for 33 years. Beloved wife of the late James M. Beam III.  Devoted mother to Heather and Curtis, and stepmother to Patricia and “Butch”.  Loving sister of the late Robert Bier, Arlene Lamberti, Richard Bier, and Russell Bier.  Cherished grandmother of Michael, Matthew, Brian, Kristen, Nicholas, Juliette, Amara and Mason.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Reposing Thursday 2-5 PM at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, Inc., 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford, NY (2 Traffic Lts. East of Rte. 135).  Religious Service Friday 10:30 AM at the funeral home.  Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
